Z\u0160, S\u0160 (zde 1. ro\u010dn\u00edk \u010dty\u0159let\u00e9ho gymn\u00e1zia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00edl:<\/strong> Zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed siln\u00fdch a slab\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, podpora v kolektivu a podpo\u0159en\u00ed diskuze na t\u00e9ma siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina:<\/strong> 1. ro\u010dn\u00edk \u010dty\u0159let\u00e9ho gymn\u00e1zia<br \/>\n<strong>\u010casov\u00e1 dotace:<\/strong> 45 minut<br \/>\n<strong>Pom\u016fcky a zdroje: <\/strong> pap\u00edr, psac\u00ed pot\u0159eby, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.b-creative.cz\/terapeuticke-pomucky-b-creative-silne-stranky--strength-cards\">B-creative Karty siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky<\/a> pro inspiraci<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00davod hodiny:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u00favodu jsou vysv\u011btlena z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla (osloven\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, pravidlo STOP, sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s \u010dasov\u00fdm harmonogramem a tak\u00e9 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1vat t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 budou del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 (nap\u0159. velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pomoc odborn\u00edka \u010di del\u0161\u00ed \u010dasovou dotaci).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hlavn\u00ed \u010dinnost:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u010ditel vysv\u011btl\u00ed, co znamen\u00e1 siln\u00e1 str\u00e1nka nebo vlastnost (nap\u0159. dobr\u00fd ve sportu nelze napsat, ale pt\u00e1 se, co to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je dobr\u00fd ve sportu &#8211; nap\u0159. sout\u011b\u017eiv\u00fd, c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u00fd apod.). \u017d\u00e1ci na pap\u00edr nap\u00ed\u0161\u00ed \u010diteln\u011b svoji silnou str\u00e1nku (vlastnost), postav\u00ed se do kruhu \u010delem k sob\u011b a oto\u010d\u00ed na sebe svoje pap\u00edry, na kter\u00fdch maj\u00ed napsanou svoji silnou vlastnost. \u017d\u00e1ci si mezi sebou prohl\u00e9dnou sv\u00e9 pap\u00edry. U\u010ditel kontroluje, zda maj\u00ed v\u0161ichni spr\u00e1vnou vlastnost a zda je \u010diteln\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny \u017e\u00e1ky (ps\u00e1no \u010diteln\u011b, velk\u00fdm p\u00edsmem, \u010dern\u00fdm fixem) a oce\u0148uje jejich aktivitu a zamy\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti aktivity se \u017e\u00e1ci zamysl\u00ed nad sv\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd aktu\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 si ka\u017ed\u00fd vybere spolu\u017e\u00e1ka, u kter\u00e9ho si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee disponuje vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by mohla jeho probl\u00e9m pomoci vy\u0159e\u0161it \/ nasm\u011brovat k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a spole\u010dn\u011b diskutuj\u00ed. U\u010ditel kontroluje, zda jsou \u017e\u00e1ci rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozd\u011blen\u00ed do dvojic. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b velk\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu u jednoho \u017e\u00e1ka s &#8220;\u017e\u00e1danou&#8221; vlastnost\u00ed se u\u010ditel sna\u017e\u00ed ostatn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky nasm\u011brovat k jin\u00e9mu spolu\u017e\u00e1kovi s podobnou vlastnost\u00ed. Ve druh\u00e9m kole aktivity si \u017e\u00e1ci role prohod\u00ed, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b najdou jin\u00e9ho spolu\u017e\u00e1ka s po\u017eadovanou vlastnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u017d\u00e1ci se vrac\u00ed na sv\u00e1 m\u00edsta a kr\u00e1tce reflektuj\u00ed, kterou silnou vlastnost m\u011bli, kterou si vybrali a jak\u00e9 z toho maj\u00ed pocity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fakolu do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed hodiny: Po\u017e\u00e1dat 3 bl\u00edzk\u00e9 (kamar\u00e1di, rodina, apod.) o sd\u011blen\u00ed 3 siln\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed nebo str\u00e1nek dan\u00e9ho studenta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr align=\"centr\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"500\" \/>\n<p><strong>Reflexe o\u010dima pedagog\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hodina byla p\u0159ipravena velmi dob\u0159e. B\u011bhem aktivity n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed vyu\u017eili podporu u\u010ditele a p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch psycholo\u017eek. Aktivita podpo\u0159ila sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 sd\u00edlen\u00ed v druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zase pomohlo socializaci a vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed vazeb v t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edm kolektivu, co\u017e je v prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku v dob\u011b adapta\u010dn\u00edho procesu velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Tyto kvality ocenili i \u017e\u00e1ci v z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 reflexi hodiny. \u010casov\u00e9 rozvr\u017een\u00ed hodiny bylo velmi dobr\u00e9 a tak v z\u00e1v\u011bru z\u016fstal i prostor pr\u00e1v\u011b pro z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dnou reflexi \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00e1 v pl\u00e1nu p\u016fvodn\u011b nebyla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hodina nebyla p\u0159edimenzovan\u00e1. Pro \u017e\u00e1ky byla tato skute\u010dnost d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Velmi dobr\u00e9 je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pouze na jednu silnou str\u00e1nku, t\u00edm se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed probl\u00e9my \u017e\u00e1k\u016f tuto str\u00e1nku formulovat a naj\u00edt. Za siln\u00fd moment kari\u00e9rov\u00e1 poradkyn\u011b pova\u017euje vz\u00e1jemnou diskusi mezi \u017e\u00e1ky v mal\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch nad sv\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my a vyu\u017eit\u00ed siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek sv\u00fdch spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Je to dobr\u00e9 pro vlastn\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00ed proces ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b a mal\u00e9 skupiny vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fd prostor i pro introverty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U \u017eiv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch t\u0159\u00edd je trochu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce udr\u017eet pozornost a k\u00e1ze\u0148 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Nav\u00edc hodina byla realizov\u00e1na jako posledn\u00ed vyu\u010dovac\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1ci u\u017e mohli b\u00fdt unaven\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1m\u011bty pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed: Aktivita byla \u010dasov\u011b zvl\u00e1dnut\u00e1 cca za 35 min. Pan\u00ed psycholo\u017eka p\u0159ipojila z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dnou reflexi, kter\u00e1 p\u016fvodn\u011b v pl\u00e1nu nebyla. Reflexe byla velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1, \u017e\u00e1ci m\u011bli shrnout n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: jak se jim vym\u00fd\u0161lela siln\u00e1 str\u00e1nka, jak\u00e9 pro n\u011b bylo vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 sd\u00edlen\u00ed &#8211; \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, za co by se v dne\u0161n\u00edm dni pochv\u00e1lili nebo ocenili. Reakce \u017e\u00e1k\u016f byly pozitivn\u00ed a ocenili zejm\u00e9na to, \u017ee hodina nebyla p\u0159edimenzovan\u00e1 a diskuse se spolu\u017e\u00e1ky hodnotili jako prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9.
