Z\u00edskat zp\u011btnou vazbu o sv\u00fdch kvalit\u00e1ch, siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch, jak je vn\u00edmaj\u00ed m\u00ed spolu\u017e\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010casov\u00e1 dotace: <\/strong>90 minut.<br \/>\n<strong>Pom\u016fcky a zdroje:<\/strong> Ko\u0161t\u011b, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poradenstvikhk.cz\/karierove\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Ja-ted-ja-v-minulosti-ja-v-budoucnosti_PL.pdf\">pracovn\u00ed listy (J\u00e1 v minulosti, te\u010f a v budoucnosti), pracovn\u00ed listy Sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 v \u010dem vid\u00ed druz\u00ed, \u017ee jsem dobr\u00fd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00davod:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zar\u00e1mov\u00e1n\u00ed programu do p\u0159edchoz\u00edch t\u00e9mat, je\u017e byly ji\u017e prob\u00edr\u00e1ny, zasazen\u00ed do sou\u010dasn\u00e9 situace \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u2013 aby se jedince mohl spr\u00e1vn\u011b rozhodnout, \u010d\u00edm by cht\u011bl b\u00fdt a kam jeho kari\u00e9ra povede, mus\u00ed nejd\u0159\u00edve poznat s\u00e1m sebe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hlavn\u00ed \u010dinnosti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rozeh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed hra:<\/strong> M\u00edsta si vym\u011bn\u00ed ti, co r\u00e1di n\u011bkomu pom\u00e1haj\u00ed (r\u00e1di se staraj\u00ed o zahr\u00e1dku, zv\u00ed\u0159ata, r\u00e1di pe\u010duj\u00ed o sebe, r\u00e1di n\u011bco vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed, montuj\u00ed, r\u00e1di \u010dtou a b\u00e1daj\u00ed, r\u00e1di se u\u010d\u00ed, r\u00e1di n\u011bco organizuj\u00ed apod.).<br \/>\n<strong>Pracovn\u00ed list \u201eJ\u00e1 v minulosti, te\u010f a v budoucnosti\u201c:<\/strong> U\u010ditel rozd\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u017e\u00e1kovi pracovn\u00ed list, d\u00e1v\u00e1 instrukci k vypln\u011bn\u00ed, proch\u00e1z\u00ed mezi \u017e\u00e1ky, diskutuje s nimi, odpov\u00edd\u00e1 na dotazy, pom\u00e1h\u00e1, dopt\u00e1v\u00e1 se. N\u00e1sledn\u011b vyzve, aby si ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u011bkoho ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b vybral a tomu referoval, jak list vyplnil. \u017d\u00e1ci diskutuj\u00ed. U\u010ditel se n\u00e1sledn\u011b kr\u00e1tce se dotazuje v\u0161ech: \u201eKter\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky pro v\u00e1s byly t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9\/lehk\u00e9 a pro\u010d?\u201c<br \/>\n<strong>Pracovn\u00ed list \u201eSebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 v \u010dem vid\u00ed druz\u00ed, \u017ee jsem dobr\u00fd\u201c:<\/strong> \u017d\u00e1ci pracuj\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u011b, chod\u00ed po t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, oslovuj\u00ed se, p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed si vz\u00e1jemn\u011b do pracovn\u00edch list\u016f. U\u010ditel se uji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1ci v\u011bd\u00ed, jak pracovat, proch\u00e1z\u00ed mezi \u017e\u00e1ky a zapojuje se d\u00e1le do diskuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na z\u00e1v\u011br u\u010ditel vyzve \u017e\u00e1ky: \u201ePod\u011blte se, sd\u011blujte, co v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvapilo, co v\u00e1m ud\u011blalo radost, co jste se o sob\u011b dozv\u011bd\u011bli?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr align=\"centr\" noshade=\"noshade\" size=\"1\" width=\"500\" \/>\n<p><strong>Reflexe o\u010dima pedagog\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u00favodn\u00ed aktivit\u011b se uk\u00e1zala r\u016fznorodost d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159i tr\u00e1ven\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu, poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m rozpohybovat v\u0161echny. V druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti nejprve d\u011bti pracovaly samostatn\u011b, zde se objevily velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly mezi d\u011btmi, n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u011bly \u00fakol spln\u011bn\u00fd velmi rychle, jin\u00e9 hodn\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lely, n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1daly o pomoc, vysv\u011btlen\u00ed apod. P\u0159i posledn\u00ed aktivit\u011b se uk\u00e1zaly dobr\u00e9 vztahy mezi \u017e\u00e1ky, v\u0161ichni byli aktivn\u00ed, nikdo nem\u011bl probl\u00e9m druh\u00e9ho pochv\u00e1lit. Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 reflexe byla velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 a t\u00fdkala se vztah\u016f ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b.<br \/>\n<strong>Siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky hodiny:<\/strong> St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed aktivit, promy\u0161lenost hodiny, zapojen\u00ed v\u0161ech \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, vytvo\u0159en\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve skupin\u00e1ch. Opora vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed podporovali diskuzi uvnit\u0159 skupin.
